		<description>this is still meeting with resistance for jo bhi reasons. laikin im thinking another plan, we&#039;ll have to talk. i did fix it a bit, but before fixing it more, ab i&#039;m thinking maybe just to go for another kind of event to pave the way for something like this. will need everyone&#039;s backing.</description>

		<description>This works fine the way it is though my suggestion would be to simplify the language a bit. &#039;sans&#039; and &#039;acapella&#039; and the like, though might be simple words to some, for most they are difficult. make it as public friendly as possible.

		<description>I will bring along a copy of the grid with me for friday&#039;s class. but before that most probably in the coming days i will post up the rough grid which will be open to editing, questioning, additon subtraction etc. it would be an excercise to put together a particular framework in a more organised form.
